Training Methodology:
Our training methods vary, typically involving classroom lectures, group discussions, video presentations, and theoretical/practical assessments.
Training Duration:
Courses usually span one to three days, depending on the content.
Number of Participants:
To maintain quality, we limit participants to a maximum of 25. We can discuss adjustments with clients if necessary.
Certification:
Upon completion, participants receive a certificate. To qualify, attendance must be at least 75%.
Mode of Communication:
Training can be conducted in Bahasa Malaysia or English. Some trainers are proficient in other languages based on availability.
Venue:
Training can be at the client's premises or a chosen hotel, with external venue costs borne by the client.
Training Grant:
HRDC-registered clients can benefit from training grants under the Skim Bantuan Latihan (SBL). Application should be made at least two weeks before training.
Mode of Payment:
Payment follows the contract agreement. Invoices are issued before the training and fees are due within the given time.
Training Fee:
Full payment for in-house, public programs, or seminars is due seven working days before the schedule. Fees cover materials, assessments, and certification.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation is discouraged. If done three working days before, a 50% refund is possible; otherwise, no refund is made.
